Dr. Alex Sieczkowski
Dr. Alex was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She grew up playing many sports, and went on to play soccer at a collegiate level. After losing her father unexpectedly while in college, she made it her mission to be an advocate for health to those around her, so that no other family would have to experience the same loss. Her passion to love and serve people with life changing care led her to the Dominican Republic, where her volunteer team was able to bring chiropractic care to hundreds of people in underserved populations. While abroad, she was able to see lives transformed through chiropractic and people with life-long conditions find true freedom in their health.
Dr. Alex graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri with both a bachelors in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic. Before moving to New Braunfels, TX, she had the privilege to work and learn from one of the most successful pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic offices in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Alex is passionate about sharing the power of chiropractic care with you and your family.
Outside of the office, you can find her baking sourdough bread, eating at her favorite local restaurants in New Braunfels and spending quality time with her husband, Bennett, and their three young kids, Emory, Fletcher and Rhys.

Dr. Haley Rankin
Dr. Haley is from Houston, Texas where she was first introduced to chiropractic care as a competitive gymnast. While she was attending Texas A&M University, her little brother suffered a traumatic brain injury. It showed her just how amazing the human body and the nervous system can be. That is when she decided to dedicate her life to serving patients, aiding them in the improvement of their quality of life.
Dr. Haley graduated as the Valedictorian from Texas Chiropractic College with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She continues to further her knowledge of the human body and study the best techniques to improve her patients’ wellbeing. Dr. Haley is advanced proficient in Torque Release Technique, certified in Webster Technique (specific for pregnancy) and loves getting to see children make health transformations at Valeo.
You can find Dr. Haley enjoying the outdoors, reading a good book, or spending quality time with her husband and puppies when she’s not in the office.

Bennett Sieczkowski
Bennett grew up in Corpus Christi, TX where he spent a majority of his childhood on the field playing competitive soccer. While at Texas A&M University-CC, he decided to pursue a life devoted towards helping people reach their fullest potential and moved to St. Louis, Missouri. While in St. Louis, he saw how beneficial chiropractic helped in his own low back pain, that he decided to join his wife, Dr. Alex, in helping people experience true health. He completed his studies at Maryville University and obtained his bachelors in biology with an emphasis in physical therapy. He now promotes natural health and healing through principled chiropractic care to the families of New Braunfels.
Bennett is our behind-the-scenes guy and spends most of his day engaging in community events. Outside of being a community leader, you can find Bennett taking his three little ones to various events in town, outside hiking, fly fishing, playing soccer, or working on a new backyard project.
ALYSHA
Meet Alysha…but she also answers to Bird! She grew up in a small town near the coast and moved to New Braunfels in 2007. New Braunfels has been home ever since! Although she is new to chiropractic, she is looking forward to studying more about how the body functions and getting to meet all of YOU. Alysha is happily married and has two beautiful children. On the weekends, you can find her grilling out with friends and family or spending as much time on the river.
kATIE
Katie was born and raised in California and relocated to New Braunfels in 2018 to be closer to family. With many years of experience in the chiropractic field, she was drawn to work at Valeo to continue advocating for holistic health. When she is not in the office you can find her with her son, Malachi, at their favorite breakfast spot, Fork and Spoon.
Chaney
Meet Chaney! Having called New Braunfels home for over 20 years, Chaney is excited to serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University and looks forward to expanding her knowledge of holistic health and chiropractic care while helping every practice member feel at home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting local coffee shops, and enjoying everything New Braunfels has to offer.
